How to fix this:
Connect to the properties WIFI.
- Connect to the property WIFI services provided by reception. Contact reception if you arehaving difficulty doing this.
- The WiFi name is available on the streamCAST information page on the TV.
- Attempt to browse a webpage like https://www.streamvision.com.au/
- If you can reach it, your internet is working through the Hotel WIFI network!
Disconnect VPN or Proxy Services.
If you have a VPN or PROXY service, please disconnect it and try again. If you are unsure of how to disconnect the VPN or PROXY service, please speak to your IT resource at your place of work. You may have an app installed such as a Speed Booster that can affect how your device accesses the internet. Uninstall these apps and try again.
Try Restarting Your Phone
Your phone is having a bad day... Try rebooting it, this resolves 80% of the issues faced with using the streamCAST service!
